tahini salad dressing
Combine in descending amounts, with the most canola oil and the fewest chives. Makes a damn good dressing that willl convince you to eat salad!
Really all that matters here is the tahini, soy sauce, and lemon juice. For one bowl of salad, pour maybe a teaspoon of each onto the salad, and presto -- perfect salad. Cider vinegar would likely help this, but it's really secondary, I think -- will probably add some tang but the flavor of just these three is enough (dry nutty smooth tahini; sweet-savory dark soy sauce; piquant light flavorful lemon juice) to carry it.
