vegan bagel spread

I have this on my bagel every day, and can't live without it.

  • 1/3 C tahini
  • 1/4 C miso
  • 1 T lemon juice (I just use half a lemon's worth)
  • 4 oz. silken tofu (1/3 of a small package; 1/4 of a full pound block)

Blend everything in a food processor.

Makes enough for a weekish. Make a double batch!
